All orders are processed on the same day if it is placed by noon (Eastern Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Customs Clearance, Duties and Taxes

Zengrindz is not responsible for any custom clearance processes, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All the importing process related customs are customers responsibility.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Ground shipping takes about 4-10 business days after dispatched. If you are located in Greater Toronto Area or near, delivery can be faster. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for your item(s) to be delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
